I like how they just charge per cup, not based on weight but they were doing some weird construction in the back and it was really loud in the front of house so...idk, maybe do that after hours if you can absolutely help it? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sweet Frog:
Sweet Frog was delicious as always! It's hard to resist indulging in their tasty frozen yoghurt without worrying about the consequences later. The yoghurt ice cream is a real treat! I did notice a few issues with cleanliness when I visited yesterday, but the new manager assured me that this was only temporary. It was a nice experience, but the prices are high! weight is def something to know.
Big ice and friendly staff. more clean place. there are several restrictions.
They were out of 4 flavors and the place was not very organized. I still like the location and the amount of indoor setting they have.
Seemed understaffed at the time of our visit (Sunday afternoon, 8/29). Dining area was a bit untidy. Outdoor seating was available, but not clean (e.g., sticky froyo toppings on the chairs and tables). But the desserts were yummy and the kids (as always) and adults enjoyed.
Stop my little ones in . . . the cashier asked for tip when she rang us up WhaaaaThat's a little bold!!! and NO!!!! This is self-service.
