I went in on a Friday evening hoping that the blizzard cake my son wanted for his birthday would be in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't, but the manager, Frank, was awesome and said he would work a bit late and have it ready for the next day. The owner/manager of this place is horrible. He treats his employees like they are 2nd hand citizens. He screams and curses at these kids. He will be reported to Virginia's work board today. He is totally unprofessional and needs to find something elseto do with his time other than belittle his employees in front of customers View all feedback.

Dairy Queen! Nothing more to say. I had a vanilla/chocolate malt and liked it, but it could have used more malt flavor (but I'm like that). My wife had a Drumstick Blizzard, which was very good too. Clean store, friendly staff.
The owner/manager is such a nice person. Genuinely caring towards his customers. And.his product and service is great. Please support him. We need more business owners in our community like him.
Best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too. Service is incredible and a very friendly and nice owner. Will be coming again and again to this Dairy Queen.
If you want to be reminded what great service is come to the Dairy Queen in Glen Allen. When I needed a cake the next day for my wife's birthday party, they did NOT say they needed 48 hours notice, but worked with me to make it happen. Also, they gave us the flavors we wanted as opposed to rigidly insisting on a standard menu. In short, great people and great service are always a winning combination.
