Had a drink here last last with friends and enjoyed the experience. There are limited options in Glebe - especially since Mr Falcons has closed - but I would rate this as highly comparable. Great staff - nice mulled wine for winter - comfortable seating - intimate. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Little Guy:
Been many times and have enjoyed the friendly ambiance. Shame they now feel the need to blast heavy metal music at full capacity. Not enjoyable perhaps they are reliviing their youth but it's not working guys its a wine bar not a concert. View all feedback.
A great bar in Glebe. Very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and excellent drinks. We just had a few pre dinner drinks, I presume food would be good too.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in! They were great at suggesting local beers and delicious cocktails. If you like a welcoming atmosphere and tasty drinks, you must visit this place!
The atmosphere was fantastic and the cocktails were great! I love a place that can make a good margarita (cocktail)! Pizza can be personally delivered from the neighbouring restaurant, Pastabella. Have recommended to family and friends.
From the moment we stepped in, Zach (the bartender) was very welcoming and funny. Whacked a bowl of popcorn in front of us and poured us a beer. They had good music playing but not too loud so you could still have a chat, events on every night, good beer, good music, good popcorn, good staff, good vibe. Can’t ask for much more! Will be back.
This bar is my ideal spot for a cozy solo night out. You can sit at the bar, enjoy some salted popcorn, and soak in the comfortably loud atmosphere. The drinks are solid, the wine list is great, and the dishes are ordered in from nearby restaurants like Bella Pasta or Thievery. I had a couple of relaxing hours with the bartender Zac, who recommended a delicious WA Walsh & Sons Little Poppet Chardonnay/Semillon and a SA McLaren Valley Hastwell Lightfoot Tempranillo. The music was good too, with Kiwi Jessie playing some blues roots. A perfect distraction in Sydney. Thanks!
