This family-run café is friendly and a great place to get your morning coffee and a fresh pastry. You are specialized in piadina, a kind of Italian flat bread filled with your favorite goodies. My favorite is the "Delicata", a subtle combination of ricotta, pesto and ham. Delicious! View all feedback.
What Karin Clément doesn't like about Il Cortile Caffe:
After reading some of the good reviews we expected this place to be a lot better. Coffee was okay as people have said, but my salad was on such a small platter it fell all over my lap as soon as I started eating it. Chairs were also uncomfortable, heavy and hard to manoeuvre. Service was average, they were often on their phones which is a big no-no. Can't say I recommend this place, try Esca Cafe a few doors down ins... View all feedback.
We had the best cappuccino ever together with a croissant. The place is very cute and very nice. The special piadina was also great. Highly recommended.
Such a cute little Italian cafe. I have been coming here on and off for over 2 years. Simple but delicious food. Staff are lovely. They make great smoothies, my favourite the mango with mint. Not too expensive, worth the visit.
Awesome little caffe in the heart of Glebe. Cozy ambience with lovely staff and a Barista who is passionate about his coffee. The food is nothing short of exceptional with the flavours of traditional Italy in every bite. Certainly without a doubt a must try...More
I like to stop here for breakfast on my way to work. The coffee is consistently good but best of all is the toasted offerings. I've had "dolce ricotta" which is toasted sourdough topped with ricotta, honey, nutmeg and walnuts. It's divine. I've also tried the "ricavo" which consists of a topping of ricotta and avocado. Also delicious. The staff are friendly and serve you quickly - a must if you have to run for the bus!
