Made a mobile order. My nachos were at the bottom of the bag and I found a “staple” in my food. I called to report what happened and spoke with Joel. He wanted to replace with another order of nachos and I said I wanted a refund. He didn’t even offer to do so. As a business the customer has the right to get their refund w/o no hesitation. The serves are over worked we had to wait 1 1/2, when they stated it’ll only be a 10 minute wait. Food was cold.
Food and service is amazing. The chef in the kitchen really knows how to make good food. I was recommended tacos al carbon by the server Nyla and I was so satisfied with my order. Their tacos are some of the best I’ve ever head.
1st time here, will definitely come back. Food was very good. Service was great. We were looking for a Mexican restaurant to have lunch and googled Mexican restaurants near us and this restaurant came up with 4.4 rating. So we tried it and we’re very pleased.
I might of ate the best birria tacos in my whole life the chef is great and every item is mouth watering. Definitely coming back
