Turned up having booked 2 weeks in advance for a birthday meal looking forward to this. Also asked for a bottle of fizz on the table when we arrived. No bottle... read more Turned up having booked 2 weeks in advance for a birthday meal looking forward to this. Also asked for a bottle of fizz on the table when we arrived. No bottle of fizz, was ignored for 15 minutes only to then be told that something had broken and they could no longer serve pasta (the only thing on the menu). Total shambles.
