We arived around 4:15 ordered our food and after our server went to multiple tab... read more My husband and I eat Coltons at least once a week. Last night will be our last. We arived around 4:15 ordered our food and after our server went to multiple tables to get their drink and food orders, we received our drinks 5 minutes later after she takes the other tables that came in after us their drinks and rolls. Then she proceeds to tell us their out of rolls. It's gonna be 6 minutes. I told my husband we were here before these other 3 tables and ordered before but we got our drinks last and no rolls. She said she was sorry so I was like ok. As we sit there we see other tables getting rolls and us still none. Our meals came and still no rolls. A few minutes later after our food had gotten cold we got our rolls and then our server had the nerve to say. Hun does your food taste any better since you've gotten rolls. It was all I had not to cause a scene. I've never had this experience here before in our years of going here.and it will not happen again. You've lost our business and thats sad.
