Dairy Queen Brazier - Glasgow

The restrooms at this restaurant are located outside of the establishment and are kept clean. Unfortunately, they did not honor the coupon we had for Dairy Queen. The Blizzards were tasty but could have been mixed better. The service was efficient, but lacking in friendliness.

I hadn't eaten at Dairy Queen in a long time, but today I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I don't like to complain, but my chicken basket had toast that was only toasted on one side, my order number one bacon burger was burned and dried out, and I didn't receive my fries. I understand that you may be short-staffed at times, but please double-check your food before serving it. Thank you and have a blessed day. My order cost $18.02.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. Despite my request not to have a lid on my blizzard, the server placed one on before turning it upside down. When I removed the lid myself, she informed me that she was not allowed to mix it for me. The amount of mix-ins in my blizzard was also very minimal. It had been years since my last visit to this location, and after this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be returning. I would recommend making the drive to Cave City/Horse Cave DQ instead.

Food was fast and fresh on my visit. Staff was friendly. Order was accurate.
