I've eaten here before and really enjoyed the food. However the last meal I had here was expensive (for fish and chips) and sub-standard (the fish was mealy on the outside and undercooked on the inside). Had we been eating in, we would have returned it and I'm sure that a better meal would have been provided...because, as I mentioned earlier, their usual standard of food is very high.
