Flo Tea Room 2 Richmond

The best soy sauce chow mein you can find! This is one of the hidden gems for your breakfast and brunch eats in Richmond. Reasonably priced and if you get there early enough, you can grab a complimentary newspaper. I highly recommend their breakfast pairing of the thousand egg congee, chow mein and hk style milk tea. I found the congee didn't contain much MSG as the other congee shops I have tasted. The congee was full of flavour and the consistency was thick enough. The chow mein was delicious and made with a sweet and tasty special soy sauce blend. I chow mein they used was a bit flatter and wider and very chewy which I liked. Definitely worth trying!

Personally, this is my family's go to place. Conveniently across from RC and near Canada line. Food is cheap and most combo comes with drinks with extra charge on cold drinks. Bring your own container to avoid paying take out box fee.

Go hear once a week. This place is great value, I go at least once a week for a quick lunch.<br/ <br/ I recommend the Beef Brisket with Ice Milk Tea.

Ginger Garlic II?. The former Ginger Garlic has a new name. It's the same restaurant, but with Flo's expanded list of drinks. The staff and the interior are unchanged. The menu is unlike that of the Flo Tea Room on Granville. Prices are largely unchanged as we still have Ginger Garlic's affordable mini sets. Yay

Nothing was exactly outstanding but we did not expect them to be. Comfort food is always nice to have when catching up with an old friend and really, that is all that we needed. We even had a lot of food left and took it to go since neither of us were extremely hungry. The service was friendly and the ambiance casual and relaxing. For a quick meal and a place to chill, I would come back again to try more from their extensive menu.
