Nice, friendly and helpful staff and creative store layout. A great variety of shoes from converse to vans to adidas for both genders. Really great place to find a cheap pair of shoes as they tend to have quite a lot of sales. :

Was great there's an entrance cost and only one machine was working last night but it's a magical experience... The market was a great experience and the Olympic Cauldron being lit in X mas colours was neat... They also have a merry go round neat

I was just browsing for some new shoes and wasn't really planning to make a purchase. However, the service was excellent, and the shoes fit perfectly, so I ended up buying two pairs! Thank you, Luqman, for the fantastic service. I highly recommend this store!

I discovered a pair of unique and adorable boots at a different location when I was pregnant last August. I was really excited to wear them in the winter, but unfortunately, they turned out to be quite difficult to put on, even after I gave birth (many others mentioned the same issue on Tom's website). Fortunately, they have a one-year return policy for unworn items. Isn't that great? The staff were also very friendly.
