18/08/22 quiet dinner. friendly staff. taken the dish as a starter and 2 spritz. I expected something more on the plate, something more fish maybe, but, all in all, it was fine. then we took 2 pizzas, 1 daisies and 1 orthana. (in normal) and half liter of white society. 38 euro total. very affordable price. The place is beautiful. interior porch garden. the wait was a little long but we waited. We're on vacation.
What User doesn't like about Da Uccio:
the place from the outside does not attract much. we simply trusted previous reviews. from outside it seems a bar also quite desolate. In fact, once we entered and asked for a table, they made us sit in a space that occupies the inner courtyard. very cozy cottage and well arranged. wooden beams cover by themselves wind or rain and in summer it is very pleasant to eat there rather than inside where there are other tab... Very nice, friendly and cheap restaurant for pizza and seafood. Great service too. Highly recommended.
Simple and genuine dishes. quiet place a few km from the center of otranto. very good quality and prices. very professional managers. Good!

Fully agree with all the reviews! no frills, just great food! the Pizza was fabulous! delicately soft with a nice crunchy edge. divine! only let down: the toilets, but that's a different matter
Don’t be fooled by the exterior inside lies a traditional, family style restaurant. Very honest and tasty food. Good value and excellent service
