Yet consistency suffers: slow lines, occasional rude drive‑thru interactions, missing order‑ahead bakery items, and iced drinks with grounds or too little ice point to equipment and training issues. Regulars love the team and certain drinks, but declining cleanliness and accuracy have driven some customers elsewhere.

Dude. i can’t even begin to explain how terrible my experience here was today. i ordered two drinks and ten munchkins and it took almost twenty minutes to get it all out. the two drinks were absolutely terrible. i ordered an iced matcha latte with french vanilla and there was no french vanilla in it at all. it tasted like leaves. i also ordered an ICED COFFEE and there was no ice in it???!! it was incredibly slow there and there were maybe 4 people in the lobby max. the person doing my order had to have been new. please don’t put people that act like that behind counters.
I'm a Dunkin donut junkie. I love the coffee the food. I'm sure it's not just the food and the coffee. The workers are pretty good as well
I found grit or dirt in my breakfast sandwich, and it was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing it away. I will definitely never order from this Dunkin' again. Avoid this location!
Late night/early morning coffee and chocolate croissant. Did not disappoint.
I have been coming to this Dunkin almost everyday for the past 3 years and it is my favorite location the staff are ALL amazing and the quality is perfect I have 2 Dunkin’s near me and I will drive to this one everyday because of the service and becuase my macchiato is on point every time with them… thank you!
