Io vivo all'estero e Ci sono stato l'anno scorso il giorno della chiusura . Cucina eccezionale , servizio molto buono , accoglienza buona . Mangiato guanciali e vuri contorni da leccarsi i baffi. Dato che sono nuovamente in Ticino da un mese poi vado in leventina e conto di tornarci prorprio in questo mese di luglio 2017.Dimenticavo il cuoco Chiassese simpatico tipico mendrisiotto . Da quest anno c'è una nuova gestione . Menu tradizionalmente da grotto affiancato da proposte particolari , ho provato il polipo con patate e fagiolini, mai trovato un polipo cosi tenero , buona anche la torta al limone So che non è un menu da grotto , ma era squisito ,tiepido e saporito View all feedback.

Introduction: I was there a few months ago. Simple atmosphere, very friendly staff. The food was decent, roast beef not very tasty and not even tender. Only pork ossobuco? A bit of a shame in my opinion. The cut was good but the sauce that accompanied it had nothing to do with the dish. I repeat: maybe things have changed in the meantime but this has been my experience. I'll go back anyway because the place is nice and they are courteous but with the food there is very large room for improvement.
Well done! We had a good time, we ate very well and appreciated your commitment and friendliness. We'll be back.
Familienausflug in ein lauschiges Grotto..Toller Service, hervorragendes Essen, lokale Weine..sehr empfehlenswert.
Hübsch in den Weinbergen gelegenes Grotto, italienische Musik, netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Gute lokale Spezialitäten zu fairen Preisen. Top, sehr zu empfehlen.
