Nice local with good general characteristics, beautiful idea of the tigelle and pancakes to be stuffed with excellent meat and cheeses with the possibility of delicious salt. to return surely

In the heart of the historic center of joy of the hill hides cabò, a place outside the municipality that makes the tigelle and the fried dumpling its strength. we have been here several times, but the best way to enjoy the high quality of the products, according to me, is to take (if you are in pairs) the cutter appointed together. this includes several cold cuts and cheeses with three accompaniment sauces that perfectly match the main course. the cutter, however, is only the co-star of the evening, as the scene is stolen from the tigelle, small round scones that are part of the culinary tradition of Emilia-Romagna and that in this place they are able to replicate perfectly.
Fantastic dinner, beautiful atmosphere accompanied by quality meats and wine. perfect service: fast and discreet. excellent value for money. If you don't know the tigelles, it's time!
