We needed bread for our sandwiches. We left with 2 slices of delicious zucchini foccacia, a free roll of bread and small chocolate cakes for our son. And what's more, we were able to visit the back of the shop and the huge oven. And all this for a ridiculous price. What a magnificent service! And we barely understood each other! Typical savory and sweet baked goods always freshly baked and lots of kindness.

They have been giving me the products of this bakery for years and years, products that cannot be found in Bologna. Last year I was in Ginosa and visited the shop. I didn't know where it was, but I followed the scent of the bread and I arrived. They bake at all hours. Excellent focaccia in the pan and on the ground! You can taste the wheat, oil and tomato. A unique goodness. The Apulian bread, the sleepers, the folders to fill with honey are excellent. I love the baked goods. Kindness, honest prices, organization in takeaway packaging. Passed with flying colours. I appreciated the fact that they had placed umbrellas outside the bakery so as not to inconvenience the people queuing in the summer due to the heat.
