The chicken parmigiana was tasty, and the sauce was excellent. However, one end of the chicken breast wasn't fully cooked. If it had spent just a couple more minutes in the pan or oven, it would have been perfect. This slight oversight took away a bit from the overall enjoyment of the dish.
