However, after about a year, the tree started to look u... read more I bought a beautiful camphor tree in early 2019, and the team did a fantastic job with the installation. However, after about a year, the tree started to look unhealthy and was losing its leaves. I contacted the company and spoke with Worthington Foster, who reassured me that this was normal and advised me to continue with the watering schedule. Fast forward to January 2022, and the tree was on the brink of dying. I reached out to Worthington again, who requested pictures of the tree. He promptly called me back and informed me that they would resolve the issue with a new tree. I cannot praise this company enough. Today, they sent out a 6-man crew to remove the tree and plant a new one. Their exceptional customer service goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even beyond what the warranty covers. Great work by this company!

The trees deserve a 5-star rating.Bad #1: The delivery experience was awful. My neighbor and I had to unload the truck, as the driver didn't have any way to get the trees off the flatbed. Each of the trees weighed hundreds of pounds, and it was difficult and dangerous to unload without even a ramp. It's a miracle no one was injured.Bad #2: Moon Valley put us on their junk mail list, and despite multiple requests, still send marketing solicitations to our home.To Moon Valley: If you confirm that you've taken us off your junk mail list, I'll give you more stars.

First time coming to this nursery expecting a certain level of great service since it's such a large place. Saw a couple of customers being driven around which... read more First time coming to this nursery expecting a certain level of great service since it's such a large place. Saw a couple of customers being driven around which we thought was helpful. Our experience was nowhere near close. Approached to what appears to be the front saw about 3-5 employees sitting and socializing with one another, and it took about 2 minutes to eye someone down. One. Sales associate finally approached up to us and helped answered some questions as it can get overwhelming. Instead of offering to drive us around, he gave us cues that if we want to look for certain things, it's allll the way down there Mind you this is a pretty large property, housing different varieties of deciduous, plants, etc. Figured this sales associate would have the decency to offer to drive us around...considering we have a baby with us, but nothing. It's not like they ran out of carts to drive. There were 1-2 left and we were next in line. Instead, we started walking. We saw no customers walking EXCEPT being driven around and receiving the service that we were expecting to receive. For a short second, we felt unworthy unfortunately. 3 minutes into walking on the bumpy and wet road, we turned around and left..terrible service. Never will we come here again and not planning to refer anyone. We will take our business elsewhere.
