Chuck E. Cheese - Gilroy

The restaurant needs an upgrade as most of the games don't work and there aren't many pictures. At least 5 games were out of order when I visited. If the owner wants to sell it, they should message me as I can help make it a better place with more games. The staff are good, but the restaurant just needs more improvements.

I hosted my 4-year-old birthday party at this restaurant and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was great, all the games were working, and the food exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious and the wings were great too. My child loved playing with the blaster. The employees, Joshua and Sonya (not sure if I spelled their names correctly), were very attentive and helpful throughout the party.

These guys were the best. They made my baby's birthday everything she wanted. From the ambiance, to the special attention given to the birthday boy, to even Chucky coming out to meet my baby girls. A rating of 5 stars is not enough to capture their amazing customer service. We will definitely be returning!

We celebrated our sons 6. Birthday party here Saturday and night and it was not disappointed! Will was our party host and he exceeded our expectations! We originally reserved our party for 9 children and on arrival we had a 10. The staff was quick to accommodate another place for the additional child. The pizza was much better than I expected! Super tasteful and the garlic crust was incredible. The kids had a great time! When time came for the birthday party, the energy of Will and his assistant was just great. They really made me feel like they really wanted to celebrate my son. Hands down such a great experience and I am soooo happy with every penny spent. Thank you.

I just wanted to say thank to the lady who helped us out to pick some wonderful prizes for my son. She had amazing service and was very kind and didn't rush us out of the place because it was New Year's Eve. I sure wish there were more people out there with type of service. If you need to talk to anyone there I would definitely go to her she has a black A line bob ??????
