Waited in the lane behind 4 cars around 6:30 pm for cashier to make her rounds to each one of us for payment. When it finally was my turn, got my order, she said everything is in bag , got home about 20 minutes away and did not receive straws for the drinks, ketchup as was requested.. not too good of service nor food. Yes it was cold, but still have a job to do and can not afford to cut corners no matter what. Yes I used to work out in the elements but never did fall short on my job or what is expected of me. Come on Whataburger!
