However, there are a few improvements... read more The pub is average with a nice garden and friendly staff. It's nice to see the owners come out and engage with customers. However, there are a few improvements needed for it to earn 5 stars. One area that needs attention is staff training, as a single vodka and coke should not be served in a 10 oz or 12 oz glass. Additionally, if a fight breaks out in the garden, the management should immediately call the authorities instead of allowing the situation to escalate. Some training on preventing and responding to incidents, such as fights, is necessary to maintain the pub's license and ensure customer safety. Overall, the pub is clean and has potential for improvement. The staff and management were great, and I plan on returning in the near future to see if any changes have been made. Compared to other pubs I've visited, this one is a bit rough around the edges.
