I’m unsure of who our server was, she has curly hair and was blonde, she was by far the best part of our night out and was incredibly respectful. our food however was entirely raw, it literally looked like it was tossed in the microwave for thirty seconds to add some brown bits. the bacon was practically right out of the package, and i could’ve melted the cheese better by putting my phone on top of it. the last time... Food and service was good.. but my husband and I were the only customers and unfortunately we heard the kitchen loudly gripe about our orders coming in 30 minutes before close which made us regret choosing this place. I can’t imagine being sour over two customers walking in while the restaurant is still open. All we got was one steak and the salad bar. We were gone by 9:45, fifteen minutes before close. The back of house must absolutely hate their jobs.

Twice in a row now we have had poor service and severely undercooked food, as well as a completely messed up order.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is truly delicious. It's a family-friendly spot that's great for kids!
I had the fish and chips and it was very good!
Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The salad bar was delicious, as always, and the carrot cake was massive but absolutely delightful.
It's likely one of my favorite dining spots. The food is consistently excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. The staff is fantastic too!
Super good food, our waitress went above and beyond being a server. We had the crunchy shrimp dinner and the coconut shrimp dinner with the optional salad bar. Everything was cooked to perfection and the salad was crisp and delicious. Highly recommend this place!Wheelchair accessibility: My mother accompanied me for lunch. She requires a wheelchair for mobility. The waitress was more than gracious for our seating arrangement and there was ample handicapped parking and accessibility for getting in and out of the restaurant.

The food was decent, but the service was just great! We had a 12-person party, and all our food came out quick at the same time. They made sure we had soda for the road too.
This Ruby Tuesday has a fantastic location just off the highway, and it’s one of the nicest locations I've visited. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our waitress was attentive and efficient. The food was served warm and was flavorful, and our drinks arrived promptly. The outdoor patio is charming, featuring lovely lights for the evening and a small fountain that kept the kids entertained. The interactive kids’ menus were a hit as well. We arrived around 9:30 PM and didn’t feel rushed at all, even though we wanted to grab a quick meal before heading back to our hotel. Overall, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long drive.
First time at this location and the service and food was amazing. My first time during dinner I had their Onion Burger special. Absolutely delicious and the let me customize it as I saw fit. Salad bar couldn't have been better. Thank you Melissa and Lillian for your great service and good smile. My next stop was the next day during lunch at first open. Restaurant was amazingly clean. Shame I couldn't sit on the patio due to weather but it looked inviting nonetheless. Christine was high spirited and certainly on top of things. Thank you all for a great time. I'll certainly be back next time I'm coming through!
We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The salad bar was quite impressive, and we appreciated that the cheese sticks were slightly smaller than usual, which made them crunchier. The flavored lemonade was enjoyable, although it could use a little less sweetness and a bit more acidity. The service was outstanding—fast and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the grilled zucchini side dish. However, we wouldn't recommend the regular burger. While it was prepared well, it lacked a bit of zest in terms of toppings to bring it all together.
Very good food. Had the sirloin steak. Very very good waitress named Melisa. So pleasant, helpful, and quite beautiful. Will be going back and can really only hope and dream of having the delightful service that Melisa provided tonight. She is a game changer for sure. Next time I'll be bring my family and friends and hopefully get to witness this absolutegreatness again. For real. Just WOW.

Let's face it...Gillette does not have a lot of fine dining options so a spot like Tuesdays may rank higher here than someplace else. Yes it is just a high-end fast food eatery but the dining rooms are updated and pleasant, the menu is extensive and imaginative and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. In a restaurant wasteland like Gillette, this is about as good as it gets. We were pleased with our choice.

Good food and drinks. Food was a little cold when they brought it out, but they took care of the situation and were awesome about it. The waitress was really nice as well and would constantly come back to the table to make sure we were good. Very happy with everything!
We enjoyed the food and salad bar. The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the Bourbon chicken. The drinks are great.
The next day, I returned for lunch as soon as they opened. The restaurant was impressively clean. Unfortunately, I couldn't sit on the terrace due to the weather, but it still looked very inviting. Christine was full of energy and made sure everything was safe and in order. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I can't wait to come back!
