The breading on the chicken was lumpy and dry, and everything — from the chicken to the wedges and tenders — was overwhelmingly salty. Some of the food appeared to have been sitting out all day. I couldn’t even identify most of the appetizers because they were so dried out. The kitchen was a mess, looking like a tornado had blown through, with breading scattered everywhere. The cook was wearing an apron that was caked with breading, which was quite unappetizing. To make matters worse, he was loud and rude to the customers before me simply because they requested dark meat.

When I mentioned it to the cashier, she just welcomed another customer who had come in, saying she had a donut reserved for her in the case. Absolutely disgusting.
