The Keg Steakhouse Gilbert

I frequently visit The Keg, but unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a poor experience at the Gilbert location. I had to repeatedly wave down my server to get my drink refilled, while he spent time chatting and laughing with his colleagues. Our meal took 2.5 hours, with most of that time spent waiting. There were many servers but not enough chefs, which caused several guests around us to have issues that night as well. The food was quite dry, which really ruined the overall dining experience.

The manager was incredibly kind to us on my partner's birthday.

We drive from the gold canyon as the keg is the best place to eat a good steak from here to there. everything else is always well prepared and delicious. we have been there for years and have never been disappointed. the service is also top notch. friendly and efficient.

Terrific experience. Great food (Prime Rib) and service in a quiet relaxed environment with very good prices. Excellent!

As always The Keg has wonderful service because they employ wonderful people and should be complimented on that. The food never disappoints either.
