Texas Roadhouse - Gilbert

First, the waitress was great. I wanted that first. Secondly, this should be the best texas road house, but we did not find it. we called hours earlier when we wanted to be there and asked to talk to the manager. we were connected and asked whether it would be possible to reserve a table, no standing for people. I know they don't usually do this, but the manager assured us that tables are pushed together so that we can all sit together. when we arrived there we sat at the desired time, but instead of the promised tables we were given over standing bags. that was our last night with our family and we had to share the couples so we couldn't visit all of them. the manager said that she told us that we were standing and no tables. our family went there before this visit and was given tables for people. the food was so good, certainly not as good as we had hoped and expected.

Amazing food, great customer service and fast and friendly atmosphere.

Food was great, cooked well and served in a timely manner. wait staff was courteous and helpful.

Good food with a very noisy crowded atmosphere. People were actually sitting in the idles. Great rolls. I did not care for the sauce on the baby back ribs but the meat was falling off as advertised.

We come here a lot it’s good. Hit and miss on the check in process it honestly sucks sometimes and so does their parking lot they should ditch all the to go spots and cones. But we like the steak the drinks are good and once you are seated you are well taken care of. Miss the peanuts.
