Love the service and the drinks but they should NOT have the employees outside taking orders in the 100+ degree heat. It’s such a bad look to make these young teens risk heat stroke just to save a few extra minutes. Clearly swig doesn’t care about their employees.

I absolutely love the drinks and the staff is super sweet! The coconut lime cookie was incredible but went away too quickly and didn’t get replaced with anything, just plain sugar cookies. Having flavored cookies would probably bring more business. PLEASE open the dine in back up! The long drive thru line is a nuisance both to customers and people just trying to get through the parking lot. Anytime I’m driving to get to one of the other stores it’s always a fight to get around the line, it’s a hazard. If you open the dining back up the line would probably be way more manageable for everyone involved.

I would like to express my concern regarding the drive-thru setup. It appears that the current configuration obstructs incoming traffic from Market St., causing significant disruptions.Yesterday, I observed a backup of several cars unable to pass, resulting in a dangerous incident where a vehicle drove over the curb through the palm tree area, moving in the wrong direction and nearly colliding with another car at the intersection southeast of your building. I kindly urge you to address this matter promptly and find a solution to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety in the vicinity.

This is my go to place! However I agree with the other reviews. The line is always horrible the building is not set up for drive thru only. They really need to open the lobby or make it easier for their customers and the businesses around them for people to easily get through. It’s always a mess.

I love swig, it is super affordable and a great place, especially in Arizona, to go to get a cool-off cheap drink. However, recently with the lobby closed, the drive through lines have been insanely long. I recommend planning to wait in line anywhere between 15-20 minutes and maybe longer in a mid day rush. However, I would definitely say it is worth the wait!
