My interactions here have always been amazing despite it being a busy area. Also advice to all as a former Starbucks employee make sure you try and tip the baristas. They work immensely hard to make your coffee to perfection for such little pay and have to deal with a lot mentally and physically. View all feedback.

I had a silly mishap and forgot my wallet at home. When I informed the staff, the barista kindly told me that my drink was on the house. Since I am a regular customer and they recognized me, they understood that I just made a mistake. No problem, I will definitely pay it forward in the future!
The restaurant has closed off the lobby, leaving us all stuck in line with others who have not pre-ordered. What's the point of pre-ordering if they don't allow you to skip the line?
Forward ordered on the app when I arrived, the doors were locked and I was told to go the drive thru to get my order. After almost 10 minutes I was finally able to get my order. they could have let the people go to the pick-up area to order there or to turn off the order. sandwich was cold. manager would not return my tracking so bad customer service.
Always have a great coffee treating myself. Mocha Chocolate Decaf coffee with Almond milk. Delicious.
