Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Gilbert

My husband just returned from this Popeyes location, and they completely messed up our order. I tried calling to talk to someone, but no one answered. I'm feeling really frustrated right now. With prices being so high, it's unacceptable not to receive our food!

I finally tried their Spicy Chicken sandwich, and I'm left wondering what the hype is all about—it was just an average sandwich. I've had much better ones elsewhere, especially considering the price. Chick-fil-A still reigns supreme for me.

I visited Popeyes at 9:55 PM on July 10th, and I was impressed by the fast and excellent service I received. I really appreciate that Popeyes offers such an amazing military discount! The staff was fantastic—they even provided us with extra sides and biscuits. I love this place!

I love their chicken sandwich. I got a a side of mac cheese, and I could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. The top was baked in pretty good. The mac and cheese was only ok, but the chicken sandwich was great. Friendly staff.

I have placed an online order to pick up within the Pecos location. at the arrival the doors were locked and a sign said only passing through. well, I had a trailer in tow, which would not allow me to drive through. So I called the restaurant to inform them about the situation. 5 times without answer. the back door was open so I got the attention of the dishwasher who did what he could help me. his manager told him to tell me to go through the drive. I informed him to let his manager know if I did, he would have many problems if I stuck there. the manager finally brought me my order, but was obviously frustrated with me. the gentleman who wanted to wash the food was very polite and made me feel like an esteemed customer. but the rest of the experience was completely unacceptable.
