The food was disappointing. The fried rice was too crunchy, and the mushroom chicken was not tasty at all. I'm not sure if it was old, but I still feel unwell after eating some of it last night. I hadn't visited this location in about a year, and now I remember why I stayed away.
Out of the four items I requested, three were unavailable. The entire menu should be accessible until closing time. There were no shrimp, no super greens, and no rangoons. The night shift needs to improve; this is unacceptable! The customer service was lacking!
I stopped by to order a bowl of half chow mine and supper greens with string beans chicken. I have requested that everything is fresh and hot and 2pack of teriyaki sauce this was at the drive thru well this is what I ended with old no flavor chow minesuper greens was old my ragoon was second dip and burnt it was to hard it cut my lips. I couldn?t eat my food I ordered becauseit was old and not prepared according to recipe. Still got the door in my fridge I?m returning it so they can see what I wastalking about.
This is my go-to spot for quick Chinese food, and I usually leave satisfied. However, during my recent visit to the drive-thru, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and the portion seemed quite small for the extra cost—only about five pieces of shrimp, two walnuts, and I didn’t get any of the creamy sauce I was expecting. I'm not sure if this is the standard portion size, as I typically dine in, where I can see what they serve on the plate and request adjustments if needed. That said, the food is consistently good, and the service has always been prompt and courteous.
It's definitely a fast food experience, and the quality of the food and service depends on how busy they are. Things are freshest when they are busy. But that means waiting for some dishes sometimes. Busy means tables don't get cleaned, and counterservice declines a bit. It's all no different than other fast food brands, but this one uses fresh veggies and not everythingis fried We like it. And we will go back.
