NYPD Pizza - Gilbert

Love the pizza that it didn't smell like most places where I was. The house salad was good. good staff the price was alil high but it was worth it.

First I want to say that I am so grateful that NYPD Pizza does not have dairy cheese! Having a vegan in the family can make it harder to enjoy a pizza together. Since they have this option, it makes us more fun! The pizza is excellent, the appetizers are delicious and the salads are fresh! (Other things can also be fantastic, but I didn't try them. I am able to personalize my pizza and salads for my pleasure and that shows me that they care about what I want to eat. Go on!

NYPD is an excellent small chain. Top candle pizza sauce taste, excellent crust and many cheerful goodness. Your sausage topping is one of the best available anywhere. Your cheese knots are also very good. Prices are higher than many NY-style pizzeria joints, but the consistency of taste and excellent results each time keep me back. I never came to NYPD and was disappointed by the taste or temperature of a pizza. I have not tried to try other items on their menu, so you are on your own if you are away from the pizza pies. My favorite choice is the Brooklyn Family, with paprika, sausage and basil on a healthy bed of cheese. Healthy in this context is an euphemism for a lot. Anyway, this location is usually without waiting time and while preparation of pizza can take 25 minutes to wait with a garlic cheese knot is an excellent choice

Dawson at this point needs an increase! My friend and I went in yesterday. We ordered a pizza and wing and decided to have a beer while we waited. We've been there for a long time and our order hasn't finished, so we still had a beer. Dawson asked if we were waiting for food; he knew we had been there for a while and our order should have been out. He wasn't our server at first, but he took it up to check on our order without asking us, found out that it was forgotten (there was not made) and gave us vouchers / coupons and an additional order of wings (a fresh batch up on the old, as the wings we were ordered, but sitting for 30 min). Talk about a vigilant employee who understands the importance of customer service. We were very impressed by him, especially given his obvious young age. The boy will go places.

As a current resident of NYS I have to say this is a surprise find in AZ. Excellent pizza here. I've seen NYC style pizza in almost every state i travel to but this place has got it. One of the best NY style pizza I've tasted.
