Dominic (Manager) was great! The order kiosk did not work while I tried to use Apple Pay or my debit card. Both options didn't work, I let him know it didn't work and put me in the counter and knew what my order was right away. Then the transaction went through with Apple Pay. What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
did they think about hiring more employees? line around the building with an invigorated lobby and worker engaged with the compilation to go ordering for the delivery of food, work lobby register and drive through. the workers are obviously underlined. revised and underpaid. Really very bad Drive-Thru service, no eye contact at the window, not even a hallo. then there was food, the fries had to exchange three times. the first time they had to sit all day, bc they were so amazingly stale and cold. the next batch came out, they were hot and fresh, but I had to give them back so that they could lay salt on them. apparently mcdonald no longer sells her French pommes. When I came home, both quarters were wrong. they were ordered without cheese and extra pickles. they had no cheese, but each of them had a pickle. will not go back.
Ordering on the app for a curb-side pickup and went to pick it up and waited about 15 minutes to order my order so honestly, was not good! another time also the journey through and ordered 5 items and after leaving the load I was surprised that the dame gave me only 2 items! and to be honest, was not concerned to go back and let them know that I had missing items! but was shocked that she missed more than half the order! I understand that they may be understaffed, but does not mean ruining customer orders!
You place an order on the app and they are out of stock of some items and are short for words when you ask about a refund. Eventually, they refunded, but it was probably wrong since they just winged it with how much tax they assumed was associated.Then... they mess up your order. You wait for them to fix it, your meal is cold, they come back with a replacement that is correctly what you verified when ordering, how you wanted it made. After picking apart and verifying that the sandwich you got is wrong, they want it back, even with COVID. They argue with you about what you asked for at the drive-thru even though you clarified several times...they keep blaming the other window or you by saying you never asked for that.Nasty argumentative attitudes. I have gotten better service in the McDonald's in the Bronx, when it comes to customer service.Oh... and if they forget something, they also ignore you hoping you'll go away at the window. It was a straw that I had to wait around on, though they could see me and they were avoiding eye contact. This is the night crew btw, I can't recall issues with the morning crew.I'd recommend the owner of this store, re-evaluate your evening employees, including the management.
This is by far the worst Mcdonalds. It's the one closest to my home but I can't even go here anymore. Literally every order I've made here I wished I hadn't and just end up regretting spending my money. The employees are terrible, bad attitudes and can't even make a big mac correctly.
I ordered fries a small and two cookies the first cookie was warm and the second was a little cold didn’t bother me but I had asked for fries to be fresh because I’m pregnant and cold food upsets my stomach and I throw up eventually. I didn’t get fresh fries they were cold and I had to throw them away.
