Was Lue Goldner at Fire Brimstone a mag?
Hands down some of the BEST pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Everything is fresh, delicious and always hits the spot. I love that they use local ingredients and support other local companies like their Uprooted vegan cheese! This place is a MUST for your next pizza night! View all feedback.

What Norgailė Alina dislikes about Fire Brimstone:
I've been wanting to try this place for a while but live quite far from it in the valley. Finally did try it this weekend and while the area was excellent, it's neighboring eateries were wonderful, the pizza's here left us with a little bit of a disappointment. It had to do with 1 ingredient that they add, Rock Salt or maybe Kosher Salt. We ordered 4 pizza's in 3 different styles and they all had Salt sprinkled on th... View all feedback.

This is a follow-up to my previous visits. I've been here around 5-6 times, maybe even more, and it's undeniably my favorite pizza place in the East Valley, possibly in the entire valley. The only place that comes close is Myke’s Pizza in Mesa. This restaurant consistently serves some of my favorite pies, always maintaining high quality. Let’s talk about the crust: it’s flavorful and crispy, with a delightful chewiness thanks to high-gluten flour. Is it as good as Joe's Pizza in New York? Not quite, but it’s a close contender! The variety of toppings and their combinations are simply outstanding. My personal favorites are the Buffalo Chicken and the Fire and Brimstone pizzas. The prices are a solid 10, which I think is fair given what you get! In my last review, I mentioned that it felt a bit pricey, but honestly, for the quality, it makes sense. They do charge about 20-30% more, but the taste and quality are significantly higher. And I can't forget the salads! The Modern Kale salad is a must-try, and the Butter Lettuce salad is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Plus, it’s conveniently located next to one of my favorite breweries, 12 West. As for kid-friendliness, we've often brought our children along. There's actually a lovely green space nearby where they can run around and play.

The Hawaiian pizza here is absolutely fantastic. While I appreciate all their pizzas, the Hawaiian stands out as truly unique and is definitely my favorite. My family and I love coming here for pizza and then heading next door for ice cream. It's the perfect combination of dinner and dessert all in one spot. Food rating: 5/5.

The baked kartoffelpizze was outstanding. I was a bit apprehensive about trying it since it sounded a little unusual, but I’m glad I did. The restaurant was quite busy for a late Friday afternoon, creating a relaxed atmosphere filled with good vibes. There are plenty of seats outside with ample shade and misting, but it was still quite warm. No one was sitting outside when we arrived. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for delicious food and a lovely ambiance in the Gilbert area.

I went on a Friday night so that this review could vary for some. It is a packed, rustic pizza oven with a bar right next to it. Social compensation is a freer for all, and there is very little to eat on the way sitting areas, let alone the parking lot was a nightmare. I can't imagine how this is outside the COVID times. All this is still a great pizza place. The checkout was warm and welcoming; ready to answer all the questions we had. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and after 1 hour they wait finally arrived, hot and ready to eat, and it wasn't too bad. Overall, if it wasn't waiting, the effort to find the place we wanted, and perhaps a better order, that would have got 5 stars. Maybe we'll try another day.
