Filibertos - Gilbert

Portions are way smaller than other locations. When ordering they seem to not know what I am ordering compared to other locations. They would not give me 6 street tacos, was told only 3 or 5.

I ordered my food and I was waiting to use the restroom when I saw one of the employees walking out of the restroom. He was wearing the black gloves that they use while they're making and serving food. Then I saw him walking to the back kitchen and start making people's orders without changing those gloves. Disposable gloves on while using the bathroom then you come out using the same gloves to prep people's food. That's just disgusting and a health code violation. When I went into the bathroom, right after that worker, I noticed there was no soap and a soap dispenser. So this restaurant's completely filthy and their employees don't wash their hands in fact they use the same gloves over and over and over again.

The food isn't that great. The service is even worse. The lady that took my order was completely rude. I'll never go back to this

The fish tacos were not very good because they were all batter and barely had any fish. ? The bean and cheese burrito was decent but honestly how can you mess one of those up? ?

I love Filbertos. However, this location is the closest to my home and is a major disappointment. The food is consistently terrible. I will drive to Mesa if I'm craving Filbertos...
