They don't know the correct blizzard ingredients. I asked for an oreo hot cocoa blizzard and they gave me a plain oreo with whipped cream. I told them it was wrong so they made it with hot fudge instead of cocoa fudge and also didn't put whipped cream on top. Which makes me think did they just take my original oreo and add hot fudge to it instead of making a new one, if so that's a health code violation.

I would not recommend this restaurant. They do not properly mix the blizzard, as half of it was just regular vanilla in the large size and they are stingy with the ingredients. Additionally, they almost always get the order wrong. I will not be returning to this location and this experience has turned me off from the franchise as a whole. I will be spending my money elsewhere, perhaps at places like Andy's where you get better value for your money. If you do decide to give this place a try, be sure to double check your order.

I'm going to a fast pineapple sunshade. especially if this is not melty. I also like the tropical blooming. very tasty and fill.

The personal is always beautiful. the restaurant is always clean. Today, however, is the second time that I ordered a crispy chicken salad there and both paint the salat is soggy/welted. I ate my (1) chicken strips with all the crunchy pieces I could pierce and the rest was crushed. I thought maybe the first time they played the salate too early, but now it's twice. I won't pay $7 for a chicken strip.

I have this place on higley rd. Usually I have no problems with this particular location. However, I just paid for a large redisserie chicken bite combo. I made it all home and when we wanted to eat. there were only about five chicken bites and the rest were crushed, and a little from a basic judiciary/consistency. I am quite disappointed by the preparation of this order. the employee who helped me in the window, however, was very customer-oriented service! bummer though. I have starved. lol
