I went to the restaurant and ordered a blizzard and a hot fudge sundae with peanuts on the side (which I was charged for). I noticed that they had forgotten an ingredient in my blizzard, but the cashier caught the mistake before serving it to me. However, when I asked for more peanuts, I was told that there would be an extra charge next time. I was disappointed to receive only a small amount of peanuts for the price I had already paid. Even when I asked for more, I was only given a few crushed peanuts. As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I believe this restaurant needs improvement.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and the establishment is always kept clean. However, I have ordered the crispy chicken salad twice now and on both occasions, the lettuce was soggy and wilted. I was only able to salvage one chicken strip with some crisp pieces, while the rest had to be thrown away. I initially thought that the salads may have been prepped too early the first time, but now that this has happened twice, I will not be paying $7 for just one chicken strip again.

I recently visited the restaurant on Higley Road and usually, I don't have any problems with this place. However, this time I ordered a large Rotisserie Chicken Bite combo and when I got home to eat it, there were only about five chicken bites that were intact. The rest were squished, undercooked, and had a texture similar to ground beef. I was really disappointed with how the order was prepared. On the bright side, the employee who helped me at the window was very customer service oriented. It's just a shame that I'm still hungry. Lol.

Wouldn?t recommend. They don?t thoroughly mix the blizzard, half was regular vanilla in the large and they kinda skimp on the ingredients. And then there is the issue almost always getting the order wrong. I?m not coming back to this location and it?senough to put me off from the franchise in general. I?ll take my money elsewhere, besides places like Andy?s is a way betterbang for your buck, and if you do choose to chance it, make sure you double check your stuff.

Worst DQ in the valley . This store doesn't even deserve one star . They are always out of everything . WHO the hell is the Manager . Did anyone teach them how to order? I ordered a pup cup for my dog I have a big dog) the amount of ice cream theywanted to give him was insulting , compared to other DQ locations and they left out the most important part , which was the dogtreat on the top.thevother locations do this very important thing but this place likes to cut corners.
