The issue I do have is when employees are bickering back and forth. The young lady who appeared to be a shift manager, was being rather unprofessional in front of me, a customer. A young man brought up some bagged items to be placed up front. She got mad at him because he was trying to do what he was told to do. He told her to stop her behavior. She in turn told him to do as he was told. There 's a more professional way of doing things. This type of employee interaction isn 't a positive experience. It 's something that shouldn 't happen and especially in front of paying customers.
