The lady in the front was rude. There was no one in the drive through and she rolled her eyes at us and went back on her phone. Whoever is in charge needs to do something about this. View all feedback.
Didn 't eat here after all. Staff was rude at outdoor drive thru. Asked if they had a taco salads item was in their online menu) to which a girl yelled out we 're not the green burrito so that would be a No . So I left.
I use the Drive-through on my home from work. The last two times they have messed up my order. It is pretty simple (plain burger). I get home, sit down to eat it and it has everything on it. So wasted $7. You would think I would learn but apparently I haven't. How difficult is it to make a plain burger? It is spelled out plain on the receipt. Due to the traffic, it is easier to be hungry than to go back out and get it replaced.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we walked in, we had to wait to order our food because the computers were rebooting. After the reboot was done, the man who was helping us asked a Hispanic woman with blonde hair to take our order because he had a line backed up in the drive-through. She refused and said we could wait. I asked to speak to a manager and requested her name or number, but they would not provide it. I am extremely disappointed in how poorly they handled the situation and will never be returning. I'm sure the family who left after me felt the same way.
