I absolutely love getting cupcakes for birthdays and other celebrations. It’s so nice to have individual cupcakes, so we don’t end up needing a whole cake, and everyone gets their favorite flavor. I called on Tuesday and picked them up on Wednesday, and everything was perfect. The customer service was fantastic; the lovely girl even told me, “Don’t let them get cold, or they’ll dry out.” She accidentally added, “or she’ll die,” which gave us a good laugh! I definitely don’t want dead cupcakes!

I recently bought some cupcakes, and they are absolutely amazing! I'm thrilled to have discovered this place for cupcakes. They are large and incredibly delicious. So far, I've tried the cookie dough and strawberry flavors, and both are fantastic. Definitely check out Caketini!

I ordered a cake for my son's first birthday party, which had a little monster theme. I brought in a picture and shared some ideas with the staff, and they seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. However, you never really know how it will turn out until you see it in person. When my husband brought the cake home the day of the party, I was absolutely thrilled! They really nailed it. It looked so incredible that I almost didn’t want to cut it! The staff at Caketini are fantastic, and they have some truly talented people working there!

Good cupcakes! This was my first time visiting. Purchased 3 cupcakes red velvet, double chocolate. and the classic. All were great. Would definitely come back. They had some amazing cakes on display.

I am not sure what is going on, but I loved getting cakes and cupcakes from Caketini. I have had such a great experience over the years until as of late. I have been trying for nearly a couple of weeks to order a cake for my one-year wedding anniversary next week. I received one reply to my initial request, and sent two follow up emails to Cathy after that. Without a response. I even put in a new request via the website and have yet to receive a response to that. I am not sure what has happened to the customer service but I am saddened and disappointed. I probably will not be ordering from them in the future as it seems they are not wanting my business.
