After we received our order, my wife's drink had poppers instead of the regular honey boba, which we had clearly specified while placing our order. My wife went back to the register to have this corrected, and the employee responded by saying, "You must have ordered it wrong," before simply adding honey boba to the drink without offering an apology.

This restaurant is always bustling on the weekends. The interior is quite small, so they recommend avoiding busy times to prevent bumping into others.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for boba tea. They offer a wide selection of options and I found that they had just as many unique choices as any other boba tea place I have been to.
I had visited this restaurant a few times before and had initially thought it deserved at least 3 stars. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed and decided not to return. Here's what happened.

After we received our order, my wife's drink had poppers instead of the regular honey boba, which we had clearly specified while placing our order. This experience has left us feeling unwelcome and unvalued, and it makes us hesitant to return, given how poorly my family was treated by the staff. The lack of professionalism was truly disappointing.
Our first time coming here and last. We came in to check it out and they have a lot of options so we were looking over the menu for a while before finally deciding. No one else was in the store, we weren't in anyone's way. The girl taking our order named either Nellie, or Mellie seemed angry to adjust a part of the order and was snippy and rude. Once we got our drinks, there was a hair in it. Even if the drinks are good, it's not worth dealing with that type of service.

I like the variety of different flavors, everyone is always friendly.
Went there as part of a first date and it was pretty fun. they were fast at making our drinks and they didn't mess up despite being packed full of people the actual boba was amazing as well.Food: 5/5
