I had visited this restaurant a few times before and had initially thought it deserved at least 3 stars. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed and decided not to return. Here's what happened.
After we received our order, my wife's drink had poppers instead of the regular honey boba, which we had clearly specified while placing our order. My wife went back to the register to have this corrected, and the employee responded by saying, "You must have ordered it wrong," before simply adding honey boba to the drink without offering an apology. This experience has left us feeling unwelcome and unvalued, and it makes us hesitant to return, given how poorly my family was treated by the staff. The lack of professionalism was truly disappointing.
