Give Chunk, Cookie Co, and Chip Cookies a try instead; they're all better than Crumbl. It's disappointing that they just opened downtown only to close in two weeks. I'm giving one star because they didn't inform their customers on social media. View all feedback.

I've visited Batch Cookie Shop a few times, but my latest experience was disappointing. I bought a chocolate cookie and a white chocolate raspberry cookie, and the corners were undercooked and doughy. They were overly sweet as well. I've had those same cookies before, and they were incredible, but it seems like the quality has declined; perhaps they've changed the recipe or the baker. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
