What Tate Baumbach doesn't like about Arby's:
Really horrible experience. I got the cheddar ranch chicken sandwich and they put the smallest strips on the sandwich. I wasn't mean or anything but if you were out if chicken why not tell me? Won't order here again. View all feedback.
I decided to give this location one last chance, and wow! What a difference! José and, if I'm not mistaken, the manager's last name is Alvarado, were fantastic! They were dedicated, attentive, and prompt. The food has always been good, but the customer service has greatly improved—so much so that we even rang the bell to get their attention!
This Arby?s does a great job in serving fresh, hot well prepared, and generous portions of food with a wide variety of items to choose from on an ever changing menu that offers the meats! Exceptional customer service!
I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. The experience is exceptional, featuring beautiful rooms, a fantastic menu, and affordable prices.
The customer service was excellent. The food was served hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious. While they no longer offer happy hour at this location, the prices remain reasonable.
If you saw my review this was the wrong store my apologies this is meant for the Arby's store on Guadalupe and Gilbert Road in the east valley. I took a 70-year-old man here who was buying dinner for himself and his partner who is 75 years old whospecifically wanted fish and chips from Arbys. The elder likes the fish and chips from this location even though otherfast-food places that serve it specifically. This Arby's took our order, took about 15 minutes to receive it. Then told us thatevery Arby's from here to Mars is out of tartar sauce tough luck, we're not going to give you any free fries for theinconvenience of the wait or no tartar sauce or letting you know there was no tartar sauce before you ordered the fish andchips. The Young manager order taker guy he held himself professionally but he was firm and stern and for that I think as anaccommodation a little something extra wouldn't have hurt. In this case it wasn't like we're asking for something for nothingbut the real cruelty was for him taking the order. That upset the 70 year old man. He wasn't informed about the tartar saucebefore his fish and chips order. There should be a sign or something up there he said, it's just wrong what you did.
