To clarify that in those 20 minutes several diners arrived at several different tables and were served immediately. We ordered several things and a barbecue for four (which never arrived). The dishes were arriving with a bit of a bad tempo, but understandable. After half an hour from the last plate, the barbecue arrives, ready to distribute it, the waiter returns and removes it from the table, who had made a mistake. It 's ugly, but okay. Another half hour of waiting, people arrive for dinner, it ends and new diners arrive. The barbecues do not stop coming off the grill. We still waiting. We ask the waiter, who seems to want to avoid us and delays us. We call you back and ask you to please tell us something. From the table we see how he goes to the grill, he talks to the cook while he is last, he rummages through the orders while he shakes his head. The waiter doesn 't come back to tell us anything, the minutes go by. When we can we ask him what 's wrong with the grill. He tells us that they are plating it. After 15 minutes I get up, pay for what I consumed and we go to have half dinner. Not before wanting to charge another table that was not mine. With excuses like: it 's that a grill takes a long time (yes, but not two hours). And saying that the manager would come to talk to us. I understand that you can lose the command, that you have a lot of work, that you forget my barbecue. Very well, you come and tell me. Then we will look for a solution together or we will see what we do. What really bothers me is that schoolyard attitude, making excuses until we 're out the door, hiding, not showing your face and of course not acknowledging your mistakes.
