This restaurant the Marburg location was excellent! They have a soup that changes daily, a baked potato, and two sizes of salad that you get to dress up with up to 5 different toppings. Delicious! The ingredients are fresh; there is a wide variety, and the service is fast. Limited seating, but we always found a spot. You have to pay extra if you want meat on your salad, which I find perfectly acceptable. They do give you a breadroll, and you can choose a whole egg as one of your toppings, so you definitely get full.
