Tucked in Giddings, TX, this charming cafe-pizzeria serves a broad menu—pizza, sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads—and an adjoining ice cream/fudge emporium in a bright, spacious dining room. Desserts and standout dishes (BLT, fried ravioli, burgers) win praise, but quality can be inconsistent: some items lack flavor, ice cream/fudge has been uneven, and restrooms need attention. Service varies from warm and welcoming to rushed or inattentive, with occasional order errors. A pleasant, family-friendly road-stop with mixed reliability—great for variety and desserts if you’re willing to risk uneven execution.
So happy we found this place in the middle of our road-trip between Houston and Austin! We were craving Blue Bell ice cream and Reba’s Emporium is just what we needed. There’s a great variety of flavors to choose from. Prices are reasonable and the lady serving the ice cream was very kind and courteous.
Looking for a quick sweet tooth fix then this is your place to go. They have the famous Blue Bell Ice cream in so many flavors. Their shakes are great and they have family table games to sit down and enjoy what matters most! A must stop if you are driving thru Giddings.
See my review for the restaurant. We had some fudge at the emporium, which was great. Next time we eat at the restaurant, we are going to have their Blue Bell ice cream.
Neat little experience!! Authentic good ol' fashioned family fun!! Largest uno card set we'd ever seen. Highly recommend for a true iconic Texas experience.
Wow. Just wow. The food is exemplary. The people are friendly and the place aforable. I had lobster bisque and chicken lorraine quiche. Mom had chicken salad and potato soup. Too much food!! This was hands doen the best quiche ive ever had. Do NOT missstopping at Reba?s in Giddings!
