Pizzaexpress - Gibraltar St, Sheffield

They did notice we weren't entirely happy, and as we were finishing up our own birthday surprise for the two birthday boys, they kindly brought out a cake with a candle, which was a nice gesture. However, this doesn't compensate for the fact that the food was simply not good. My pizza was dry and nearly devoid of cheese, and the other dishes we ordered were quite bland. The starters were acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend bothering with a main course.

The restaurant features a stylish and contemporary interior, making it an appealing place to eat. Although Pizza Express is often regarded as a chain, it manages to present a decent variety of dishes at good quality and reasonable prices.

The restaurant is spacious with ample room between tables. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the restrooms are very clean.

Think these places are much of a muchness but everytime I have been here, service and food have been great. Standard italian and won't vary from city to city, you know what to expect. Restaurant is clean and customer service good.

The usual, but it's very quiet which is weird. In an off the tracks location, which is hard to find if you don't know the area. The same menu as all the other restaurants in the chain. Overpriced, bland pizzas to suit an acquired taste, and an exoensive and mediochre wine list.
