Cafe Preluna - GIARRE

After a nice snow rack on the east side of the etna we decide to stop for a snack in a cafeteria near the can. the choice falls on the prelude bar and could not be better. we were greeted by cans, a warm hostess and hospitable in giving us great advice but especially always with the smile. It is increasingly rare to find people so exquisite. All right, for those who are around, I highly recommend the stop but above all the knowledge of the can lady. See you soon.

Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla posizione, il locale può sembrare un po' datato. Tuttavia, al suo interno si possono gustare una fantastica granita al pistacchio e alla mandorla, un gelato artigianale eccezionale (che mio figlio difficilmente accetterebbe se di scarsa qualità) e tutto questo accompagnato da una signora meravigliosa, con cui diventerete amici in due minuti. Consigliato.

A place frequented by Sicilians themselves, goes to show that they must have good coffee. Daily baked home-made pastries and definitely the best granita. The Signora and staff at the shop are very welcoming. I recommend highly

Great place we stopped by for an ice cream. The nice lady running the place ended up giving us some advice to better match the flavors of our ice creams, in a mix of Italian and English. We took some freshly made cannoli for later and weren't disappointed.

When looking for a place to have lunch we stopped at this café. Two friendly ladies who only spoke Italian immediately offered us to cook some traditional spaghetti pommedoro or carbonara . It tasted very good. We were also impressed by their choice of desserts.
