Wow, I am thrilled that this new restaurant is located so conveniently close. The fries with skin are outstanding. We also tried the vegan "no chickensuggets," vegan beet-root dish, and vegan bami schijf. The bami schijf was not particularly special, but the burger and nuggets were amazing! Overall, it was a great dining experience. View all feedback.
What Maxim Maes doesn't like about ‘t Frietkuipje:
I had visited this restaurant before and everything was delicious and well-prepared. However, my most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered the Julientje, but it turned out to be just bland fries with an extremely dry stew sauce. I also tried their burger for €8, but the bun was so hard that I felt like I needed new teeth after biting into it. To make matters worse, the burger only had carrots on... View all feedback.
Wauw, very happy that this new place is so close. The frits (with skin) are amazing. We also had the vegan no chicken nuggets, vegan beet root burgers and vegan bami schijf. Bami schijf was nothing special. The burger and the nuggets are very beautiful!!! It was great.
Found about the vegan snack series of this new hairstyle on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I really liked the Beetroot Butcher Burger, although it was something on the expensive side. We also had big frits and some vegan snacks: no chicken nuggets, vegan kipkorn, falafel bamischijf. All vegan. The falafel was something on the dry side, but the kipkorn nuggets were both really good and the frits. It was no problem bringing our own packaging that is always a plus, as I hate to be left with lots of garbage after picking up. I pay €23.60 for two people. This is a good part more than what we usually pay at a nearby friituur that also has some good vegan snacks, but I guess it's good to choose the options.
To make matters worse, the burger only had carrots on it and lacked any burger sauce. Additionally, the waiter forgot to bring my ice tea. Overall, it was a disappointing meal compared to my previous experiences at this restaurant.
I discovered the vegan snack selection at this new fast food restaurant on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I particularly enjoyed the beetroot butcher burger, even though it was a bit pricey. We also ordered large fries and some vegan snacks: no chicken bites, vegan kipkorn, and falafel bamischijf. The falafel was a bit dry, but the kipkorn nuggets were delicious, as were the fries. I appreciated that we could bring our own packaging, as I hate creating unnecessary waste. The total cost for two people was 23.60 euros, which is more than we typically spend at a nearby fast food restaurant that also offers vegan options. Despite the higher price, I believe it's worth it to have more choices for vegans.
There are three vegan burger options and other snacks available. It is pricier compared to the meat options on the menu.
