Ma Chicken Mami House - Ghaziabad

Great place if you're looking for a less crowded restaurant in the place. Went there after the CCF Anniversary, and despite the crowd in the event, Ma Chicken Mami House wasn't as packed as other food places in the area. They offer large servings of Binondo Mami, with variety of ingredients egg, meat, dumplings, etc.. I loved their Sweet and Sour Pork. The rice it is accompanied with was properly cooked, good for my taste, and not oily at all.

My office has been located in the Frontera Verde area for at least 2 years. I have always noticed Ma Chicken Mami House on an almost daily basis. It never really caught my attention or sparked my curiosity until just recently. One of my co workers/teammates and I were talking about food. He mentioned that it was all good especially the mami which is like Binondo style mami. Now, I honestly can remember the last time I had Binondo style mami was at least 10 15 years ago when I last went to Binondo (sad, but true, it’s been a very long time). If I had any mamis around the city within that time, I can’t remember any as they were just plain forgettable. As for the mami that I tried at Ma Chicken Mami House, it was superb! There were several mami choices. I had my go at Ma’s Binondo Style Mami. With the 3 meat toppings it had (pork humba, pork siomai, and chicken), it was big and filling. It tasted great, noodles weren’t too soft, plus the broth was flavorful, and not overly salted. It was warm and comforting as I ate it slowly, cherishing every bite and slurp. With it being served in a hotpot bowl, allowed it to remain hotter longer. Amongst the toppings, I loved the siomai as it was large in size, with real meat, no extenders. I was so amazed by the mami, that I knew I had to come back and try out some other dishes. That’s exactly what I did the next day. Day 2, my return, I chose to get a rice dish. I got myself Sweet and Sour Pork on top of Fried Rice. I was a decent serving, served in a hotpot bowl. In terms of taste, I liked it a lot. Sweet and sour that is just too coated or drowning in sauce is something that I am not a fan of. It can have that ‘umay’ factor and be too sweet. I don’t like sweet pork that’s for sure. Now there’s was lightly coated, fried well, and not oily other. The fried rice was pretty good too. There were decent amounts of fixings mixed in from vegetable and meat bits. They didn’t skimp on them. The fried rice could actually be a meal on its own. I also ordered a side of siomai as I couldn’t get enough of it the day before. It was super yummy, just steamed and with some chili soy. It seemed more meaty the 2nd time around, but then it could be simply because it was steamed rather than having it in the mami. Okay, okay, I will confess I also had some takeout orders as well on an almost daily basis. Just siomai and fried rice. It’s that good! LOL! Food: 5.0 – Simple Chinese comfort food at it’s best. Service: 4.0 The place is self service, but the servers are always nice. No problems with asking for assistance or recommendations. Price: 5.0 – The prices won’t break your wallet! Ambience: 3.0 – Wooden tables chairs and tables around. Not really the most comfy in the world. The place could use a revamp. I will most definitely try out the entire menu one dish at a time. Oh, and it’s owned by the same group that owns North Park Noodles, so dishes are very similar. I love North Park!

Ma's Binondo Mami is a must try. Try it guys. Food is really amazing. Try shanghai rolls as well Eveytime I'm in Pasig or Tiendesitas area I usually drop by Ma's Chicken House. Food is amazing.

This is the best recovery resto for drunk people lols Much cheaper and quiet lols. My partner introduce this resto she just want to impress me lols kidding aside i love their meals. I love their siopao! Kikiam and lumpiang shanghai meal. We always order yhe binondo mami something to make me sweat hehe

My 1st option during late dinner. I recommend the Binondo Mami and the honey cured siopao. My only problem here is, there is no available parking space.
