The occasion: our 45th anniversary. I have experienced many good hotels and kitchens in my professional life. What I experienced yesterday was a highlight. I had Kaiserbarsch with four shrimps, white and green asparagus as well as parsley potatoes and sauce Hollondaise. Then we would have a vegetarian dish, I can't describe it because I'm Seccounthand vegetarian. According to my son's friend, she has not yet eaten such a quality.
